A detailed online consultation is the first and most important step toward your decision making regarding your surgery.
Follow these simple steps to schedule your online consultation with Dr. Siddharth Prakash.
Step 1 – History and Examination
Email your answers to the questions below to dr.siddharth@live.com
Your name, age and gender?
Where do you live (weather, pollution, etc.)?
What is your profession (stress level, travel routine, etc.)?
Describe your problem/ concern.
Have you had any prior surgeries for this problem? Mention the details.
Any other health conditions you suffer from (thyroid disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac problems, etc.)?
Are you currently taking any supplements or medicines for any other health issues?
Do you have any allergies, specially to any medicines?
Any other major illness or surgery in the past?
Please mention your preferred date of appointment for the online consultation.
Please attach photographs (for examination): Front/ back view, side views, close up of problem area.
Please attach a proof of nationality (Adhaar card for Indian nationals or valid passport for NRIs and other nationalities).
Please attach a proof of transfer of fees. (Refer 'Step 2' below).
Note: Photographs should be extremely clear and of good quality. We cannot proceed if photographs are blurred.
Step 2 – Consultation Fee
You can transfer the consultation fee via online banking.
Consultation fee is Rs 3000/- for Indian residents and 80$ for NRIs and other nationalities.

Step 3 – Appointment Booking
After you have sent all the above documents to dr.siddharth@live.com, please message or call on +91-9930993600 to inform our clinic manager.
Once the the consultation fee gets credited to our account, our clinic manager will help you book your appointment at a time that is convenient for you as well as Dr Siddharth Prakash.
Your consultation is expected to take about 45-60 minutes. Initial 15 minutes will be via whatsapp voice call and latter 30-45 minutes will be via whatsapp video call.
During the consultation, Dr Siddharth and you will discuss various details regarding the right surgical options for your individual case, the surgical method, recovery time, expected result, expected cost and many other such details.
Step 4 – Detailed Surgical Plan and Cost Estimate
After the consultation is complete, Dr Siddharth will send you an email detailing your surgical plan and the estimated cost of your surgery.
Once you have read through the email you can re-connect with our clinic manager or Dr. Siddharth (on a latter date) regarding any further queries and surgery date booking, etc.
Step 5 - In Person Meet-Up and Surgery
Once you arrive at Mumbai, you will have a meet-up with Dr Siddharth Prakash, a personal examination and and review of the surgical plan.
Dr Siddharth Prakash will ensure that you are feeling confident about the entire surgical plan, and then the surgery is carried out at one of Mumbai's top hospital.
Step 6 - Post-Surgery Follow-Up
Post-surgery follow-ups are an extremely important part of your surgical transformation journey. Dr Siddharth Prakash will guide you regarding your follow-up visits and change of surgical dressing prior to your surgery or during the consultation itself.
